I'm writing a ghost story and your black and white pics are this close to making me decide on what kind of town the story takes place in  :) (Smile)

Thanks for the link :)

Oh cool, I 'll try to remember sending it! Your pics hit home with my ghost stories, you know...You have a pic called Light at the End and I'm also writing a story called "Tunnel at the End of the Light" about a tunnel just like that. Only that my tunnel ends at the sea...And the tide comes in at nights...And strange things happen in it...Pfft :)

That sounds really interesting! :D We have a bunch of tunnels like that here, they end really close to the sea and are abandoned, if you check my site, the photo called "Into Darkness" is of a tunnel like that, except for the tide part :) What happens in your story?? :D I'm really curious o.o

I've already stalked that pic on your site, lol.

In the story, a young woman moves to a village stuck between a set of mountains and the sea to work as a teacher. She finds out there's a tunnel that connects the village right to the narrow cost. But people define their village only as a "mountain village" and they closed the mouth of the tunnel claiming the tide is dangerous. Then there's the teacher exploring the tunnel, a light she sees every night on the stormy sea which turns out to be a fisherman from the next village, things she sees in the tunnel that creeps her (and me) out, the children of the school being afraid of water, water entering the houses in weird ways, doubting who/what is real, and of course a very dark history of the village! Haha :)

Well i gotta say, that sounds really interesting and i'd like to read it once it's done! It reminds me of two movies, The Village and The Orphanage! :D

Oh yeah, when you say it, it does sound like the Village! I've watched it. Haven't watched the Orphanage but it sounds deliciously scary, haha.

I actually based the story on our summerhouse which is located between a steep hill and the coast. The tunnel is also real, we cross it to reach the coast. Lol, that's why my own story creeps me at nights. Because I live in its setting! Will link it to you whenever I finish it :)

You should watch it, it's scary but mostly because of the ambient of the film, and it's spanish and it rocks :D

That's very interesting :D I'm creating my house in a 3D program for the game Amnesia The Dark Descent :D
How's your story going btw? :3
